About 42 acres of vacant land next to the Pharaoh Valley subdivision is the proposed home of Barisi Village and Country Club, a Portofino-styled, mixed-use development that could include single-family, multifamily, and commercial uses.

Another 85 acres of the overall project would include parking, tennis courts, green space, an expanded lake and the revival of a nine-hole country club golf course, according to plans.

Located just a short drive or walk from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Barisi is sure to become the new hub of energy for this part of the shining city on the bay.
